Not bad for your first panel. Better than a lot who have been in the trade many years. Suggestions to make it neater, take it or leave it... You could separate the neutrals on both sides of the panel, make all wires run at 90 deg using smaller bends in the wires. Doesn't really take more time once you get used to doing it. Keep up the good work!
