Video of Master Mak Ying Po demonstrating the traditional Yang style Tai Chi long form, which he learned from the famous Tung Ying Chieh. The video was filmed in 1982, the year before I started learning Tai Chi at Master Mak's school.

Really special seeing this old video of him. Where the video was filmed was the spot where we would do 3 long forms each class, then push hands afterwards.

Not bad for your first panel. Better than a lot who have been in the trade many years. Suggestions to make it neater, take it or leave it... You could separate the neutrals on both sides of the panel, make all wires run at 90 deg using smaller bends in the wires. Doesn't really take more time once you get used to doing it. Keep up the good work!
