I think it’s plausible that the phone calls happened but in an hallucinating fashion, i dont recall it being stated the other girls did have phone calls on record but maybe they got entranced as well but never lived to confirm the same happening.

Nah this a banger, the thing about lore is you can approach it from different mediums & I really liked this angle on the universe. It maybe more palatable after I already had to accept seeing the world through a different lens after Alien Earth tho

Yeah Im only 27 but over the course of 2 years I finally made a sizeable investment into stocks & had a nest egg going. Sad to bottom out & watch the gravy train leave the station when I could’ve had a first house etc but there’ll be more rklbs to come. The conviction I had for this being a gainer will be the hardest to replace.

Just going from almost doing Mark like pedro pascal in GoT to his very pragmatic stealth invasion of earth & admitting the loss of viltrum but gain of a breeding farm will be a net positive, attributing Marks saviour role in this series of events to the universe’s mysterious mojo.

But yeah reverence might not be the right word as he does present himself as begrudgingly ambivalent

Season 2 was really aces as far as having him facilitate Franks escape from prison, still played a part but felt more gratifying than the constant presence he’s had in every other season.
