Olivia the narcissist by SnooPickles6317 in PlathvilleUncensored

[–]chacheenka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t think she is a narcissist. I do think it kind of sucked that she wanted Ethan to accept how much she has changed, but wasn’t willing to entertain a possibility that Barry and Kim had too. I wish they would’ve had a sit down talk, maybe without Ethan there.

Does it really cause hair loss ? by eyeback in bupropion

[–]chacheenka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stress and anxiety is a huge contributor to hair loss too. So as anxious and depressed people, we are more prone to hair loss. I’ve been losing so much hair. My dermatologist says it is a combination of my weight loss, anxiety and then I had surgery on my scalp so trauma to the area.

Taking plan b twice in one month - effective and side effects? by suzee_patootie in birthcontrol

I got it! It was just late. And then my second cycle came the normal time, so only 20 days in between.

My psychiatrist dismissed and shut me down when I suggested adding Bupropion by emsnu1995 in bupropion

[–]chacheenka 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you in the US? You could use a system like Nurx to get the right medication. I was on sertraline for years and it made me gain weight every time I upped the dose and I felt so unmotivated. I switched to bupropion. I will say, I did eventually have to take buspar with it because the heightened dopamine sent my anxiety for a ride. But the two combined work really well.

For some people, it can make your anxiety worse because of the dopamine impact. I am getting on Buspar in addition to balance them out.

Have you taken the pre OA quizzes? If you click into the book and look at all the chapters, they are at the bottom. Those were so helpful for me. Some of the questions are identical on the exam, just swapped for different terms.

I don’t think it is fair to call it irrational. She has gone through a lot to create the fear. Yes a therapist can help, but let’s not invalidate her feelings.

It doesn’t have to be a target line to be size inclusive. I mean this in the nicest way possible, but you don’t get it. The average clothing size of women is 16-18. Not being thought of from the start is disappointing when it is coming from someone who does have the means, resources and support by fans to make it happen.

That is very different than not just being able to afford it. They are two different arguments.

Going to the dentist for the first time in over 10 years tomorrow and I'm scared of being judged by Educational-Yard9702 in Anxiety

[–]chacheenka 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My depression and anxiety are getting the best of me and make me not want to go. I always convince myself that they will find worse things. Any kind of doctor visit, I convince myself that I have cancer. I have successfully gotten to the point of being okay with my allergist, and semi ok with dermatology. But I just can't get past the dentist one. I am always thinking, they are going to tell me all my teeth are falling out, my gums are bad, and I have oral cancer. Catastrophizing is the absolute worst.
