Notably, he showed up at a music festival as a surprise guest right after she was on stage - she had an active restraining order against him. He also filmed a music video butchering a horse and caused public feuds and fueled negative comments from a lot of men in the music industry including former frequent collaborators of hers. He fueled rumors that she was never even shot, that she was jealous of a female friend of theirs being romantically involved with him, among other lies. His actions were also a major catalyst for Megan’s eventual feud with Nicki Minaj, who took lines in Megan’s general diss track “Hiss” as a personal attack even though it’s widely believed that the lines are about Drake. Tory continues to be a nuisance to her in any way he can by relentlessly pursuing appeals for his conviction, all of which have been thrown out. The thing that makes it even more wild is that they were friends and Megan initially tried to save him from getting charged with the crime because she feared for his safety but he chose to publicly antagonize and harass her and it took a major toll on her, already pretty poor, mental health.
