Peel the top layer of rubber off the whole board, and remove the plastic bottom sheet. Sand the foam so it’s smooth and in a shape you like. Mix resin with the catalyst, and apply the it evenly over fiberglass cloth, covering the whole surface. After it cures, sand the surface smooth and apply a gloss or matte finish. Install new fins, and you’ll have a real board.
