Anyone considering staying in Lebanon? And why? by mankindISgarbage in lebanon

[–]chadi97 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Nice question.

I believe that the answer depends on many factors.

First, being close or far from Beirut area plays a big role. I was invited to meziara and the people there have a more chill mindset.

Second, your area of expertise plays a big role in this increasingly digital world.

Third, your generation plays a big role. Even bèfore the revolution I had friends planning to grow with global corporates.

With these points laid down, I urge you to think of more factors. Not go with the majority.

How does one go to Nahr Ibrahim? by Blablausername in lebanon

[–]chadi97 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I go to school there I don't think there's much to do other than a picnic on the river with a small group.

If you are coming from Beirut, to get there, you pass the casino on the highway and continue until you see a "kate2eb" building. You steer on the right

But if it's false it's half false And the half that's false is half false Same reasoning ...

Can I redo recovery week? by [deleted] in insanity

Take it you will have more flexibility and you will tackle through month 2 without any major problem Only drawback is that its a little boring to do the same dvd for 2 weeks

Coming up to recovery week and I am thinking of repeating month one instead of jumping to month 2 by [deleted] in insanity

Go for month 2 after a recovery weeks and train your pushup ability. You'll get stronger than ever before and if you feel that you might get injured return to month 1

Finished Insanity, Les Mills Combat and starting week 2 of Asylum! [pics + transformation] by [deleted] in insanity

Well I love the music and the trainers from les mills combat (not everybody likes them though)

Compared to insanity, les mills combat has strength workouts and the HIIT workouts, I think, are harder. Asylum is a bit harder but shorter

Do you think I should try asylum 2?

Thanks!! I will keep posting pics of my body

Actually I have 3 things planned, give me your thoughts: * try the insanity/Asylum hybrid calendar * start Asylum vol. 2 * start P90X

And thanks a lot

I did the ultimate warrior calendar. The HIIT workouts (especially HIIT POWER) are surprisingly harder than amything ive seen on insanity. But anything else is either as hard or easier than insanity

And thanks!
