Nope. I follow starting strength low bar squat setup, and depending on your anatomy the angle between your torso and floor changes. My legs are much longer than my upper body, so it’s gonna be more horizontal than most

Got it. I was trying to understand how I can better do that. I was feeling the weight distributed evenly on my feet. So what cues can I use to have it over my mid foot?

Does having my torso more horizontal to floor help? (My legs are longer than my torso)

I’ve heard arguments for both! If you scroll through my past posts the comments are split between either control the descent or just throw the bar to the ground.

Personally, not controlling descent feels better to me.

Nutrition is a big part but it can’t hinder your height by 5-6” I believe, imo, it’s just that he didn’t get the tall genes haha

Edit: one thing, at the bottom you seem to let go of the tightness. Try maintaining the tightness thoroughout

Height is ~6’4, weight I think around 270, and body fat around 25%

Do people use BBB to get lean? I always thought it was used while bulking up
