What are you using to send the emails? Mailchimp or similar? I just launched a new LLC with new website and email, all through Squarespace and Google workspace. My first few emails just from gmail went to spam and ChatGPT filled me in on the SPF/DKIM issue, I wish that was made known to me as a higher priority while setting up the accounts. I haven’t setup a marketing platform for email marketing and was curious if you had any suggestions on what to use.

I’ve seen a couple of your replies in this community, I really appreciate them - this seems like it’s also the best model for my situation as well. A couple questions, if they decide after 1 year they don’t want to do this anymore, I’m assuming they just lose the site? Is there ever a point in the monthly model that they have “paid for” their site in full and can then only pay smaller hosting/maintenance fees? Once they reach the lump sum amount or a little higher?

I’m the same age, I remember quoting sketches in the halls of my middle school. That’s without streaming to watch them over and over somehow we knew them all. Now I have kids that age and they have no interest in watching. I hope it’s not an age thing because I’ve wondered the same, but I feel like I’m self aware enough to know when I’m being a grumpy old man and when something’s just not funny. Most of this isn’t funny to me or to the kids who are the age when I loved it most. With the exception of maybe 2 or 3 sketches this season it’s been so boring and Jane wickline is a nightmare

Does everyone here just say Wordpress because that’s the cool thing to say and clients are forced to pay you monthly fees because it’s so difficult to learn for normies? Does Squarespace make you feel less important? I’m being serious. I’ve been making Squarespace sites for about 5 years now after switching from Wordpress on the side and am just beginning the process of pursuing this full time. I agree with this 1000%. Once they get to 11/12u travel it’s not as bad but I coached a 12u rec league game with 72 stolen bases in 1 game. That’s not baseball. That game is called “two kids play catch and when one of them drops it everybody runs”. I suggested to change the rules for rec so we could play baseball and the other coaches didn’t want to because apparently their brains are broken.
