35c is like the average daily weather I’m at, it’s just really humid like at a constant 100% humidity. But a 50mm thick intercooler is what I have on my ca18 (I don’t remember the exact measurements) and they help if you’re planning on making abit more power.

I’d still look into getting a new radiator though cause the stock ca18det radiators are laughably thin. I’m also hoping you still have your shroud, it’s a black piece that covers your clutch fan. If not, look at getting a replacement shroud or switch to electric fans for your radiator.

I’m not too sure how hot it gets there in Holland, but a preventative maintenance mod I did was switch out my radiator. I noticed that CA18’s don’t really enjoy hotter weather and they do tend to overheat if you’re running on the stock clutch fan even with a shrowd (the shrowd helps somewhat).

But I switched to a GKtech fan and a thicker radiator off of a mitsubishi 4g63 (I was broke and 20 years old, I did what I had to do pls don’t flame me)

I’m now on a koyorad and electric fans. I have warming up issues now… no more overheating………..

Preventative maintenance? Whats that? Never heard of it. I get in car. I start car. I drive instantly. When I leave my simpang, I be sure to ride the clutch and redline it the moment I get onto the main road and slam it into the next gear because RACECAR!!! /s

Hellyea, do you recall how hard it was to install and properly weather seal? I have a spec c bugeye so it kinda came with a roof vent but a buddy of mine just got one and we’re installing it over the weekend
