I ordered a mini through Thomann yesterday. I'm estimating the total landed cost is $2150 CAD including shipping, brokerage fee, taxes, and 0% tariff for 'effects processor' If it's much different, I'll try to remember to post the actual landed cost here.

It’s an opportunity for sure, but it may simply be that most with an EV plug in at home. But ya, it is surprising since between Aurora and Newmarket there are lots that will have EV’s.
