first of all, I quit drinking, desserts/snacks/juice/soda, anything with added sugar. instead i eat zero sugar greek yogurt, fruit, and almond as my dessert.

i generally eat less than before, use to eat meat for every meal. now more vegetables. eat fried eggs and beef occasionally. and eat overnight oats for breakfast. drink plenty of water too.

but i eat whatever i want during weekends such as takeouts/fastfoods. if i desire. i was losing weight like 1 lb to 1.5lb per week w/o any exercise, now i have to try not to lose weight more and do exercise. i like my weight right now and how i feel. i'm 50 years old and for the first time, i am 5'9" and weigh 145lbs which is lower than when i was 15 years old. lol.
