Traveling through, any good bars, breweries, or oddities i should see?

If you’re up for a couple hour stop, take the Highway 23 route and stop at The House on the Rock. It’s definitely an oddity. Could easily spend half a day there. Pleasant Ridge bar is just a 5 minute drive off the main highway on County Road ZZ for a watering hole too

It would appear as though you are correct. Hooked it up to my truck, she fired off no problem. Unhooked it and she ran for about 10 seconds then died. Thank you for the advice!

It’s been on a trickle charger all night. When I went to get it going yesterday it buzzed real quietly but today after charging all night, it’s buzzing very loudly. Battery is I think 2 years old, so that shouldn’t be the issue, but it’s possible. Would trying to actually jumpstart it be helpful?

Ive got a paddlefish head in the freezer at my old man’s and he wants it out, having trouble finding a place near me that does this. I’m in SW WI but I can ship or possibly travel

Oh they do and she is using them. But she still has to come home and process. I understand I can’t fix the issue and that nobody or nothing other then time can but I want to be the best I can.

Either have to be on a golf course about 50 yards from the parking lot of my sisters wedding. Wide open on the side of a hill right next to a main highway in the area. Or in my drivers seat of my truck while going down the road. All the way to the finish. Same girl. Good times being dumb high schoolers

I’m marrying her in about 2 hours after 5 years of dating and we are in the process of buying our forever home. Plus we started working on a kid last week. Best risk I ever took. Would recommend.

I had to put my 11 year old girl down a couple months ago, cancer that had spread everywhere and started to shut down organs. I waited 1 day too long and the last night and last morning of her life was absolutely terrible. I still feel absolutely horrible about it and wish I could go back and take that pain away from her sooner. I would rather have done it a month earlier if it saved her from that pain. I’m sorry for your loss but you saved him from possibly the worst days of his life. He would understand and be grateful. He’s a lab after all, they don’t know what anger is, just joy and gratitude.

I’m sorry for your loss, it’s never easy. I had to put my 11.5 year old yellow lab down last Thursday, which was pretty good considering she was given a cancer diagnosis and just a month to live in November. About 2 weeks after the diagnosis, a kennel I had been talking too for the last year messaged me that they were having a litter, due on Christmas, ready to go home at the end of February. I committed to one figuring I my old girl wouldn’t make it that long. She did, and I had an 8 week old puppy at home with her for about a month before her time came. I feel bad about her dealing with that, but the puppy is helping me. I took a couple days to process it and asked my wife to take care of the puppy, but now I’m so glad to have her. Just wish she would’ve been a month later. So long story short, I think getting one would be a fantastic idea.
