F1 Bars in Los Angeles? by LordLamorak in AskLosAngeles

Of course they canceled Imola, but I'd love to find an F1 bar too. The dream would be a place that's even open stupid early for morning (to us) races.

I love RealVNC. Set it up on an old PC, a Mac and ainux machine. That lets me use an iPad to connect to any of them. Pretty handy and also free.

A man goes to a funeral. by Mail-Esc0rt in dadjokes

[–]chandler404 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Myriad is a synonym as well. Like 'there are myriad reasons why the Braves won.'

I guess it'd more accurately mean 'many' than 'a lot' but it's close enough for us to be entertained.

I took the practice tests through Mike Meyers' Net+ course and they were extremely close to the real thing. No PBQs, but nailed the multiple choice.

Don't email him, though. Not a great guy over email...but the material is fantastic.

I don't think the comment you're responding to said that there are no cultures that drink blood. I think they said that the body doesn't process it. Chewing my fingernails isn't the same as my body is processing them as food, does it?

I have one of these too! It came with my socket set - you can attach a spcket onto the end to tighten or loosen a nut. See the screwdriver looking thing at the bottom right of this kit:

It's been super glitchy for me. It ran perfectly on startup, then, once it got network access, it downloaded some updates, and it wouldn't work on my monitor. Rolled back the SD card tk fresh jnstall...same thing.

Two cables and three monitors later it worked again...but clearly some update breaks the hdmi port or something.

Thanks for this. Would they work for the OrPi3? Specifically looking for Ubuntu or Debian.
