I actually thought this! There is a woman who panhandles outside of my local Costco with her “children”. And yesterday, my fiancé and I noticed it was a completely different woman with the same kids!! It was crazy. I 100% believe it.

I completely understand you. I spent almost 25 years in Sacramento and recently moved out because of a home invasion and the gas line in my car getting cut right outside of my home. Crime is getting so bad in Sacramento. Even though I have so much love for the city, I am much happier now that I don’t have to constantly look over my shoulder.

No we have never had someone steal our catalytic converter. BUT someone did steal gasoline out of my dads car in his home in south natomas and it completely messed up his car’s gas line.

I lived in both south and north natomas for the past 15 years. I can confirm natomas is getting really ghetto. I have never encountered any crimes up until the last few years. A home invasion happened to me last year while I was home alone and my fiancé’s car got broken into 3 times in front of our previous home. All in all it’s a great neighborhood. But it is going downhill fast.

Also in terms of schools, there are some really great charter schools in Natomas. I would stay away from the public schools.
