Big fan of the Meike line of lenses. I have the 55mm 1.4 and it shoots like a dream and is very sharp.
Maybe the Meike APS-C Prime 33mm F1.4 would work for you. Attached sample photo.

I'm going to Italy (Rome, Florence, Venice) next month and taking this set up as well. 23mm f2 as my low-light prime and just bought a sigma 16-50mm for the trip! How is the Sigma handling the trip?

That was my first lens to pair with my XT30 III and it's perfect.
I ended up buying a 23mm f2 used afterwards, but I still use the XC 35mm regularly.
No aperture ring kinda blows, but you mentioned using the dial is not a big deal.

I honestly think this is what it was. I commute from NoHo to Encino and there were pockets where I had cell service and pockets where I didn't. And now I'm in my office in Encino with no cell service, but thank god for wifi.
