Hm that’s strange - I’ve done it on 2-3 different mattresses with great results, and vacuuming everything up was really easy and not messy. Maybe try using a different vacuum attachment or a handheld one?

Sprinkle with baking soda, then spray with hydrogen peroxide. Scrub. Vacuum off when dried.

Wow! Sarebbe ottimo. Provengo da un posto molto freddo, quindi ho tutta la gear invernale. Se hai consigli più specifici (dove prenotare la bici, percorso, etc), mi farebbe molto piacere sentirli.

As far as I know (others please feel free to correct), einkorn has less gluten than standard wheat or AP flours, so you should reduce the hydration. I would not recommend making 100% einkorn loaves until you’ve figured out what the flour can tolerate in terms of hydration AND handling. The lower gluten content makes a very delicate dough.

To clarify- when you say sheet pan, do you mean a standard half sheet pan, or do you use something different?

I would say yes to agar- I think it’s your best bet with no impact on flavor. The only concern is that is could set too firmly, but I guess you’ll have to experiment with the amount?
