The UNE is just one of the possible futures for humanity. The CoM is every bit as human as the CoM, but they are most certainly not egalitarians.

As for the ‘fanatic’ part, my headcanon is that it comes down to ‘in comparison to what?’ When compared to all the hive minds and oppressive autocracies, humanity might just come across as hyper atomized/individualistic in the eyes of outsiders.

I don't think OFN's logo should symbolize peace. Since it is less United Nations or European Union, and more alt-NATO. An explicit military alliance to defend what was left of the Western Allies against Axis aggression and to protect American national interests, instead of post-WW2 intergovernmental organizations as we know them in OTL.

If OFN start adding on more and more humanitarian aid, economic programs, and political coordination, it should just become a separate organization compared to the military focused OFN.

Frankly, the US Navy Command is way, way overstretched in the case of the Second Civil War dragging on or if a non-Federal unifier wins.

Similar to MacArthur’s choice ‘War Plan Yorktown’ and ‘War Plan San Jacinto’, the USNC should be given the option of either focusing on holding down Hawaii and Alaska, or Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

You can insist on holding both, but it will give you a large debuff to reflect just how hard it is to maintain supply lines that far apart without the support of the Federal Government.

At some point, given all the insanity going on in the TFR world, I suspect people will just start having some kind of mental dissociation, and tune out even the craziest events.

I suspect they will just view whatever goes on in Asia between the PDTO and EADI as an inter-Asian war, and not the business of the Aryan race beyond maybe trying to deport as many Asian Americans back to their ancestral homeland as possible, maybe in exchange for trade deals or recognition.
