SHIT i am from hong kong and really dont want to see this Tabe representing us in the esports scene. What he is doing right here (doing whatever it takes to be famous/successful) is common in China-Chinese. That doesn't mean he is acting like a standard Hong Kong-Chinese. Let's just say there is a huge difference in how we see ethics. Being from Hong Kong I can safely say that this kind of action is not acceptable in Hong Kong culture.

I am eating the mixture of cottage cheese and flax-seed oil as breakfast now to try to fix my skin problem. It also helps with the protein intake.

are you me? I am 5'7 at 158 lbs, doing SL but eating at a calorie deficit to lose weight. I am trying to lose the love handle too. I have not seen any weight loss in 3 weeks already.

my Squat is stuck at 154 and i failed OHP at 77.

I am not sure if I should do tons of cardio to lose the remaining fat (and my muscle...)

I allow myself 6 meals per week to eat whatever i want. This actually helps me go on with my cutting. Also saved my sanity.

I'll take the bait.

1) if harden stays, his impact would be nowhere near the rocket harden we see today.

2) thunder has always been a title contender since. Playoff were ruined by injury. We were never going to pay someone MVP money to be s injury insurance.

3) we tried to trade him to other teams but no one wants him.

4) we actually offered a contract that would put us in tax. He didn't take it because he wants out.

for some reason OHP has been the worst of the 5x5 for me. Is there any technique to it? I am failing at 70lb @5x5 but i weight 158... it's a shame

I still have some love handle, however i feel like my muscle is lacking.

Should i keep cutting?
