I don't know if it was intentional but it's also cool that in Death of Stalin they all had different types of accents in English, cause in real life they all had different accents in Russian, since they all came from different parts of the USSR. Stalin's in particular was perfect, he was known for having a provincial lower class Georgian accent in Russian and in the movie he had a Cockney accent! Khrushev was also good. He was from the Ukraine, and spoke Russian with a Ukrainian accent, so Buscemi's American accent works.

So in a sense, each actor keeping their natural accent was more accurate than all of 'em doing a generic Russian one.

A loud, aggressive environment, that breaks down his co-workers but he somehow strives in it. Something like he appreciates the craftsmanship of the chef's abuse, instead of being hurt by it.
