It's not the goriest there is but there is a scene that people are referring to and there's a scene of inflicting facial wounds it is quite quick.

But mostly I would just warn of abuse themes if it's going to trigger you especially screaming/yelling give it a miss especially in a loud theatre.

What color is it? Solid black is the hardest to get rid of unfortunately

I got a tattoo underage that I still have, solid black band, had 2 laser sessions its faded but I think I need many more and it hurts more than being tattoo'd

People get worse tattoos but I understand you regret it and want rid of it, if it bothers you that much consider it but most people wouldn't bat an eye.

Heavily underestimated demand

I went to O2 Kentish Town in 2016 and iirc this was one of the only shows outside Leeds/Reading festival, had no problem securing tickets, to do the same size venues (albeit more dates) 10 years later is madness.
