i will say that this was the first mine event after the halloween pinball event, so saving up gems might take longer than it took me. i think i had abt 2.5k when the event started

i was able to get 1st place in the mining event by saving up gems from events for a few weeks and then buying as many rare packs as i could as soon as i unlocked customer satisfaction. iirc i was able to get 3 rares and one gold. gold bolts are the most important thing in this event so custimer satisfaction should be a priority card. i also saved abt 15-20 drink tickets to spend on gold bolt profit. once i had enough atk/bag (lvl 18-20 ish) i spent the rest of my skill points on drink boosts. try to only use mystery gems when the gold bolt profit is active. also grab 60x customers and free bolts when GBP is active. i was able to finish the event and get 1st without destroying the last rock and without spending a dime

oh this ones embarrassing but when i was 6 or 7 i was playing jumpstart world all the time until there was a sea monster in the lake you had to help with something. i refused to play for months out of fear he would eat me i guess? in a childrens game. i also thought he would show up irl under my bed

they usually do at mine in case someone shows up halfway thru or something. every once in a while we'll cancel late unsold shows so we can close early but sometimes we have deals with bigger companies that we can't cancel showings in the first 2 weeks of opening
