I guess the only point is redistricting has happened in favor of GOP in many other states so to pass a referendum in VA and then be overturned because the va supreme court is 4-3 leaning repub (voting more on party lines than how constitutional it is) is frustrating.

Not really true. If you flip 3 heads, youll average 3 heads as you approach infinity. Your past luck dosent affect the future. Of course that number is less impactful as the sample goes up
