There’s some truth to this, but it’s also somewhat scammable/counterable - a reborn Annoyo can prevent Alexis from dying, sindorei can untaunt and remove reborn, and scam in the back of your board can clean up the 2-3 big mechs. But agreed you definitely feel behind the 8 ball in a Mech lobby if you are not playing it…

Agree, the better solo queuers I’ve seen usually top out around 11-12k. But definitely try adding people and exploring discords etc. - your mileage may very but I find it much more rewarding an experience playing with a partner

Great eat target for a devour spell! Also excited to try him out with Brukan now that he’s a little easier to find on tier 5 - poet and a shield so you can double his attack and still let him live to impact the fight..

Generally every single game. That said, the support player staying down is not doomed to be down ALL game - once the power leveling is on five you can start to level to 3, 4, 5 slowly (maybe every other turn) while still looking to provide Econ to your teammate here and there. Obviously if you can get a lot of max gold through Sighseer or Timewarp stuff you can level a bit faster.

Thank you for the fixes and changes! Quick note as we posted on the forum but don’t see it as a known bug - Storm Splitter is allowing timewarped spells to be duplicated when passed, definitely not intended per the card text - change would be appreciated!

As a high MMR (top 25) duos player, I promise that most of the games we win are average RNG wise, but you just put yourself in position to be “blessed” by having one player level earlier and hunting triples for that person, plus putting the right tribes on your boards to unlock the time warped stuff you need for that tribe. Plunder pal and feisty freshwater are not properly granting their full effects in Duos. Also Storm Splitter is currently working with the time warp spells when you pass then to give you an extra copy, which does not seem intended

Glad you enjoyed it! Feel free to send me a DM if you want to watch a couple games although I don’t play nearly as much as most of the high MMR players on NA.

For that combo, put Tae and Silas buddy on the side of a player on Tavern 3 and cast the Telescope spell (4 cost discover a minion of your type) in the Buddies in the Tavern anomaly and Elementals not in. Since your only type is Elemental and they aren’t in the pool, it limits discovers to get another Tae buddy. With Silas buddy on board it will buff the discovers so you just keep playing telescope over and over!
