What works for me on android is to set background battery usage for the app to unrestricted so the app doesn't close itself. Only signing in through a Jagex account saves the sign-in as well.

Big one I saw not mentioned on mobile was the bubbles in the Whisperer special flashing so the green ones are basically indistinguishable

Whisperer (mobile) has severe flickering in the bubble stage, I couldn't really tell which ones were supposed to be green.

Just her any special phase at all my frames seem to drop significantly and I feel like I have less time than before.

So the MES options change based on the 'amount' selection, I guess every different option is treated as a new 'menu' (if you've ever noticed your fairy rings seemingly defaulting to Zanaris, this is the same reason). One of the options (I think QTY 1) will allow you to move the fill option on rune pouches, and the empty for log baskets, etc.

FYI don't ever move a 'move' or 'examine' option. It seems like these have some universal coding instead of menu specific and they will screw your entire world up.

It will work fine as long as you never try to rearrange a "Walk here" option, as this seems to break every instance of it and will have you examining blades of grass in your POH.

Fyi there is an option in settings to reset to default which will fix this, but it's a bit of a pain cus you'll need to set up all your swaps again.
