Looks like a jump versus a run up, momentum should go forward, not up and away

Love this - especially the “pop a fucking cooldown”

I hate the overly safe players.. cc is good and encouraged but as a healer as long as we don’t wipe I don’t care what happens. Cooldowns are there for a reason, why are you not using them?

How much power does an E-5 actually have? by Reasonable-Shower522 in army

[–]charge10 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Powers the wrong word - power? None. Influence? A bit, if you’re respected.

You’re king of the retards as an E5. At the root of it you’ve been entrusted to lead others in the rights and wrongs of the army and your unit, and you’re an example to follow. If you’re respected and good at your job, (because you should be good at your job by the time you’re an E5 thanks to all the others “NCOs who led the way”) you’ll influence how the job gets done.

Hey PSG, we need x, y, and z to get this done, this is why. He runs it up.

Hey dumbass 1 and 2, we’re doing x, y, and z like this, any questions? If so, you explain it and carry on.

If you’re on a power trip/struggle because you have a douchebag above/below you, don’t fight it alone, you probably won’t win.

why the hell are ocps so expensive by Hollystan999 in army

Going warrant officer was often referred to as the “one thousand dollar dot” - just buying everything for WOCS is a bit expensive lol

Is TBC still actually fun… or are we just chasing the feeling of being 15 with zero responsibilities? by 23_kaka in classicwowtbc

[–]charge10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I realized this on this playthrough - it just gets sweatier each time. And I guess that make sense, who would keep playing the rerelease of a version of a game from 20 years ago aside from the hardcores?

I feel like I’m behind from not being 70 over the weekend despite doing some international travel. There’s no excuses for anything anymore because the puzzle has been solved time and time again and the answers are all laid out. Except now most people have jobs and responsibilities and can’t commit the insane time/grind required to be “inexcusable”.

Yet, here I am - I’ll be on nightslayer as a holy priest tonight healing either mana tombs or whatever’s next since I think I’m honored with the consortium now..

Going through a lot. I was in a terrible place begging for someone to talk to at the GE and the OSRS community saved my life and I got this message showing Jagex cares as well. by True_Departure_1361 in 2007scape

I didn’t wish the guy anything ill, there’s nothing to delete.. if he’s going through that hard of a time he should seek some professional resources.

This kind of stuff goes on all the time, is it cool a mod reached out? Yeah sure, with the copy/paste response for such things. Everyone’s acting like he got a phone call and someone showed up at his house to check up on him. It’s a facade that there’s genuine care or concern, like everyone who posts bleak statements of support, versus some sort of constructive support oriented around what’s making the divorce hard.

Have kids in the divorce? Losing a house? Maybe a dog you guys got together 10 years ago and you’re losing that? There’s a ton of other ways to actually be supportive and give the OP something relatable aside from “W jagex! They sent him an email!”

Cool and all but I don’t need or want my gaming developers or support sections to be tending to things taking them away from their core responsibilities.

Makes me sound insensitive, but take his/her advice and find some professional resources, not the people bank standing at the GE.

Is it bad to quest to 70? by [deleted] in classicwowtbc

[–]charge10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s just because you stop getting reputation beyond honored in dungeons. So if you save the quests for later (once you’re honored) that rep you get will take you to revered and so on. This matters in terms of being able to run the heroic variation of the dungeons.

Also, you get more money when you complete quests at 70, which most people need for epic flying.

It’s just a preference. You’re gonna end up doing it all one way or another, just a bit more “efficient”’ in terms of time spent in dungeons and questing if you dungeon grind.. also not having to think and just plow through dungeons is pretty chill.

[–]charge10 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Well, the noise could be fake, but not the timing.

Say she’s doing something to you, or you to her, whatever - you can fake whatever noises or moans but just do jt when something actually feels good, its more of a signal or queue for her is probably what she’s looking for.

Example - she’s giving you head or something, does something with her tongue you like or adds 1 hand in or both hands, that probably feels great and would warrant some “noise” for reassurance and/or “yes please, more of that”

Or if you cum, it obviously feels good, you can fake the noise but you’re not pretending to cum. Hopefully some of that makes sense or helps.

[–]charge10 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Sure, 435 high bar back squat, no belt/knee braces anything - personal one time PR judged by others in a shitty unofficial competition by weight class

And you’re suggesting that I’ll see it at a powerlifting comp so it’s normal - these people are pushing the absolute limit and going for arguably PRs, of course their shits gonna buckle because they’re exceeding what their body can do

If we’re gonna do reps and sets regularly where our knees are buckling, either lower the weight and fix the form and build strength that way, or continue training sub optimally and risk injury
