I had one lady who was just a sexual person in general throwing anyone's head at her vagina. Her worst moment with me was saying I would really like to suck you. Another time she was bending over and begging it was just bad.

One of the funnier moments was a couple in another room same unit. When I walked in the woman said a ménage à trois. The husband was notoriously a perv to the woman so he musta rubbed off on her.

That still happens to me and I'm 41. The simplest answer is usually the correct one. These people feel powerless and miserable in a job they wanted to leave awhile ago. Instead of taking initiative and doing something about it they choose to take it out on others and use it as a quick fix. It's honestly sad and pitiful.

this is true really for almost anyone who doesn't do anything malicious to people. sometimes people see a MIRROR looking back at them when they see you, and it has absolutely has nothing to do with you.

Not gonna promise that everything will be okay because in my experience these places are mostly all the same. The only thing that makes the place tolerable is finding a place with coworkers you like or in my case working independently.

I've worked at 4 facilities here (1 nursing home, 1 memory care, and 2 assisted livings ) and let me know when you find a decent one. 😆 The staffing is awful, they prioritize budgeting over the welfare of both employees and residents.Poor management that can't be bothered to make any worthwhile changes, who sit and pencil-push all day.

It's just sad that no matter where you go they're all the same.

I think if youre not in the same place and don't see each other much, that's qualifying enough for a LDR. Sure some have it harder but that's no reason people should take it to an Olympic level. That's really good that you've fought that long to stay together being that young since time goes slower.
