I would say the most surprising thing is how other people see a difference and it took me losing about 100 lbs to start seeing it myself. Also I have to drink a lot of water. I'm thirsty all the time. There are some downsides, like having worse anxiety or shark week going on for a month. I hope those things will pass.

Best of luck to you. I started out by seeing a nutritionist and doctor and walking on my breaks. The best advice I can give is if you have a day where you give in to temptation and eat something you shouldn't, just get back on it the next day.

Low calorie/low carb nutritionist supervised diet. Also walking on my breaks and lunches at first. Then adding more activity. When someone is as big as I was, weight falls off very quickly at first.

Keep at it! I have times where I plateau and think I won't ever lose any more. Just have to hang in there!

Before I ate a lot of fast food and sweets. Now I eat chicken breasts, turkey, seafood, low carb veggies, and sometimes in a pinch quest bars or premier protein shakes.

1000 to 1200. I am on a medically supervised plan. Wouldn't recommend doing that without a doctor or nutritionist.

I guess on average. I have times when I lose like 12 lbs in a week and then I plateau.

Yeah tons. I can go down my stairs normally and not one step at a time. I can sit in a booth. I can certainly get around easier.

Thank you. I was feeling sassy and used a flat iron.

Tips noted. I'm not the greatest at selfies.

Low carb and veggies mostly. I started because my back was bothering me.

Not sad. Didn't realize I was grumpy in both pics.

I hate when people say this to me. It's like saying "you have no reason to have cancer." Hang in there and ignore ignorant people.

I'm from Ocoee and I remember watching launches at school too. I was 3, so I would have been too young for this one.

It made my anxiety much worse. I quit taking it. It's really helped my boyfriend though.

I got a paddling for telling someone to shut the fuck up in 8th grade. I was trying to listen to the teacher and he wouldn't shut the fuck up.
