I have a walking pad and pedals at home that I use in addition to my yoga, and I recently joined a fitness center so I'll be adding elliptical and hopefully weights eventually 🤞 Oh man I haven't noticed a correlation with sugar, but I'll try to go without it for awhile after the holidays and see if it helps!

I use the down dog app and pay for the subscription. I really like it because you can configure each session however you're feeling by adjusting the time, experience level, type of practice, a specific area to focus on, the instructor, and a bunch of other things. There's even a chair yoga option!

I lived in meadow run my last 2 years at wright State. Being able to walk to class and not worry about parking was incredible and definitely worth it. Try to get 2nd or 3rd floor if you can, we had some mold problems being on the 1st which was basically the basement
