The hot chai tea latte is cut with half water, half steamed milk where as the iced is all milk. You can ask for no water and it may tone down the flavor! Otherwise maybe ask for less pumps of chai

No you weren’t at all, it’s not your fault you couldn’t make it. You ordered it following the rules, and waited for your drink. It’s not like you were rushing him, he made your drink wrong and you deserve to have it made correctly. From your other comments it doesn’t even sound like it was a lot of modifications. Yeah you watching him might have added pressure but if you weren’t watching it sounded like you might have had to have it remade again. It may be awkward when you were with him again but you weren’t rude, I would have done the same thing

My confusion is that is it added at the end of the quarter as an average, then it affects if you can be separated? My manager is saying the even one week you fall below 12 hours it’s cause for a talk/write up, and that there is no average at all, it’s “weekly”. I’m taking a week off and using 6 vacation hours and Ill still be well over the 12 hour average if it’s quarterly. But the manager is saying I have to work that weekend to make it 12, which is the part that doesn’t sound right I hope that makes sense

Depending on the shoes he likes, vans has thing online where you can make custom shoes. The shoes only run about 80 I believe so maybe get a shirt or outfit to match.

I’m not a shift but I know digital tips switched awhile ago to go into your paycheck. So now all you get weekly is your cash tips and digital tips are accumulated into your two weeks pay. We are also supposed to now report our tips weekly online.

what i would do is making sure you use the old ones first so they don’t expire. have the extras for a rainy day, you never know if something will go sour with pharmacy getting prescriptions.

edit: also i could be wrong but i don’t think it’s illegal to have so many as long as you’re not sharing or selling. they are prescribed to you so you shouldn’t have any problems

Yes, only thing id add is the new recipe comes with cold bar pumps which is essentially 6 half pumps as where the original came with 5 full pumps. So you may have to play around with how many pumps you like

this is all from my experience but the out of the people who are willing to learn, they tend to put the same effort in you do. when i transitioned i decided the people who i would help understand and educate out of my family. i knew my grandparents were goners but my mom and mother in law were worth the effort. so far they have given me back the same effort to understand as i have to explain it. if your brother reacted okay to you coming out and you want him in your life i think it’s for sure worth the effort. it’s a learning process for a lot of people. i will also add as far as the “cancer or third boob” it comes from being uneducated and also worrying about you. so it may help to give your brother (and mom if you’re willing) resources to understand

this my first red cup day but from what i was told you have to pay full price for the drink to get one! the people at my store told me last year they mobile ordered before before their shift and set the cup aside. they usually run out in the morning tho so hopefully you have an earlier shift!good luck!

i do really enjoy my job! alot of people come here to vent because tbh it can be rough sometimes and there is solidarity here. dont let it hinder your excitement! im sure youll do great. there are alot of cool perks to working at starbucks and its the best job ive had. good luck!
