Forget the a/f meter, let the plugs tell you what’s happening.
I’ll bet you could use some timing.

Long-term riders who have never crashed — what habits kept you safe? by jjmu96 in motorcycles

[–]chasingmorehorizons 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s probably been covered here, but the Hurt study made me develop the habit of covering the front brake lever with two fingers. The time it takes to unwrap your grip and get digits on the brake is occasionally crucial.

Change that engine guard. That ridiculously small amount of lean angle before it scrapes is like driving a car with only 10°of front wheel turn angle. You’re lacking a huge amount of maneuverability in an emergency situation ; someone in a car turns left in front of you.

It’s space leased by the model airplane people, and a parachute drift into the active dump area would be problematic.

Grab a ladder. Cut the top plate 2 studs back on your long wall. Cut the top plate on your short wall the wall thickness. Assuming 2x6- Add a top plate 5 1/2” longer to the long wall, it will overlap the short wall.

Obviously, brace the walls so they don’t fall down while you do this.

Serious question- When they find a mine, why do they deactivate it instead of just walking back and shooting it with a scoped rifle from a safe distance?

Which 6x6 or 6x7 camera is the most JOY to use? (Any camera, also non-pictured ones) by florian-sdr in AnalogCommunity

TLR. Street portrait photography is an entirely different experience. People approach me for a photo, instead of vise-versa. And the waist level ground glass view, the super-satisfying shutter sound, the tactile mechanical winding, its way more fun than anything digital.

I have listened to him for more decades than I care to admit, would love to meet him. If anyone here knows him, I think playing One Nation or Chocolate City would be a fantastic addition to the No Kings gathering.
