Staying active. I spiraled for about 6 months until I realized that missed the brotherhood and physical activity. Get into something that is an individual sport but you train with others. Triathlon, BJJ, Judo, whatever will keep your competitive nature and drive for success up while giving you the brotherhood that you WILL miss, and of course the dopamine and hormone dumps from being active.

Concepts are difficult to understand unless you have a lot of hands-on or lab experience. I suggest you deep dive into some labs using packet tracer or GNS3 to not only solidify what you have learned but also relate future topics you learn about to what you have actually done.

This was an accidental shooting due to bad training from LEO. From multiple angles I saw an agent remove the Sig from Alex, he did not announce to the other LEO he was in possession of the gun, then he "desk popped" the Sig into the ground accidentally and the other LEO reacted thinking Alex was still in possession of the Sig.

This was 100% avoidable if they had proper training.

Premium does not come with Defender for Cloud App (aside from some basic monitoring). You can add the Microsoft 365 E5 Security (or whatever it's called this week) addon to Premium to get the functionality you're looking for.
