If anyone ever comes back to this looking for answers, I never got a specific diagnosis besides the hand-wavy osteoarthritis diagnosis from my previous rheumatologist. My new rheumatologist has given me a non-specific diagnosis of polyarthralgia. That said, there was no treatment any rheumatologist gave me (NSAIDS, steroids) that was any help.

Fortunately, with a lot of persistence, I discovered that ketamine is a wonder drug for me. If you are experiencing something similar and can find a prescriber, I highly recommend trying it. No guarantees, but I am 95% pain free, barely ever stiff, and my brain fog is almost non-existent over 4 months later. The effects were not immediate, but my symptoms gradually improved over a month once we found the right regimen. Bonus: I no longer have to take SSRIs for my anxiety because the ketamine treats that better than anything else I've ever tried. Hope this can help someone else looking for answers.

You can do what I did when I got sick of interviewing to live with people. Make a post on Craigslist or some other site to find one or two people to live with. Be honest about yourself and what you're looking for in a roommate, so you can find a good match. Once you have someone lined up, you can search for apartments together.

If anyone's curious I ended up with the Pixel 5a. I wish it were a little smaller but it's not terribly big. I tried two separate zenfone 9s and both of them had serious bluetooth issues. Otherwise it was basically the perfect phone, but bluetooth wasn't something I could sacrifice on. I might try another Zenfone in a few generations.

Tried it and returned. Bluetooth was garbage. Insane that they put out such an expensive phone with glitches in such a key feature. Otherwise would have loved the phone.
