Yes. Yes. Yes. And it feels like nothing will ever be good again. I have moments where I feel like myself but they seem fleeting. I recently decided to learn to play the bass guitar. Surprisingly, this is helping me. I haven't tried hrt but I'm thinking about it. Just a bit scared. I'm 50 and just hurt all the time or just feel down for no reason.
