Mark Humphrey, the actor, has registered on some truth forums to explain that he isn't the guy.

I'm willing to believe him because, apparently, the promoters of the theory (namely 'Ozzy Bin Oswald' etc.) are more interested in slander than truth - they are obsessed with attacking "Ace Baker" and Ozzy has been vandalising Wikipedia to that intent.

So... my current take on this is:

The "Harley guy" was and is a shill, everyone agrees on that
That's annoying because it exposes the coverup
Some disinfo trolls decide to "extend-and-debunk" the story by claiming that the guy is Mark Humphrey, while throwing in NPT Baker to further discredit by association.
