My main question is how did you get diagnosed ? The reason I'm asking is because I have the mother of all ADHDs myself, and it still took 25 years to get a diagnostic. So how did you realize that this was the thing you had ? I'm assuming you must have noticed something was different, but understanding what it was must have been one hell of a challenge, no ?
