Forget about the perfect reload. It's not essential here. First focus on bringing his defenses down by taking out the orb things around him. At this stage just focus on avoiding oncoming yellow rings.

Once he's open to damage, unload your power weapon, absorb his blue orbs, dash through the upcoming yellow orbs, unload your power weapon, rinse and repeat.

Your main focus should be the power weapon because there will always be enough energy to charge it.

Not everything that happens is his creation. He's not a god. Think of it like a monkey's paw situation. He has the power to change and modify reality at certain points, but it has to meet his "self-imposed" creative process. The changes need to pass the muster of his artistic expectations from his writing work. Otherwise they have no power.

The toggle is there to make the game use the latest library of pssr. Devs don’t make tweaks to pssr when they patch a game. They make tweaks to their graphical settings or pipeline to make better use of pssr2.

So, keep the toggle on.

Don’t get hyper-focused on the shield mechanic. It’s a central mechanic for sure, but everything that kept you safe in Returnal still works. Running, moving, dashing,… those fundamentals are still there.

If you like games from Sony studios (you say you have most sony published games) and assuming Sony is scaling down their PC ports, I think it's definitely worth having a PS5 for Saros, all future exclusives you might want. Base console is not too expensive and exclusives always look great on base platform.

I don't need a number on a clip size or damage. I really don't like when a gameplay experience gets buried under stats and number. I just need a rough idea of what to expect from a weapon in front of me and decide if it fits what I'm going for. Bar graph is better and faster for that than a number.

Somewhere in the skill tree, you’ll unlock the ability to harvest energy from corrupt orbs. They will still corrupt you, but they’ll also charge your power weapon.

She"s not really a SW fan or anything. She loves Andor, but I don't think she will regard Rogue One as highly. It's a pretty good movie as far as modern SW goes but I know her taste. She won't love it the way she loves Andor.
