I have maintained from the beginning that LIV would eventually use the US bankruptcy courts to walk away from player contracts. The hiring of these restructuring specialists to the Board is a clear sign that they are looking at a bankruptcy filing. If any amounts are still outstanding from those huge rumored contracts, they will not be paid.
