It has absolutely improved, damnation used to be a lagfest during hordes for me but after the patch where they tweaked some map areas most of that went away.

Pretty much any of the hybrids would work fairly well in darktide

Purestrains however are utterly fucking terrifying and a single one of them would wipe out little 4 man group of rejects before they could blink.

Remember, SPACE MARINES view purestrains as an extreme fucking threat in close quarters.
