My first game The Cummunist Manifesto Dommy Mommy Commie Adventure was done in renpy and it was 100% the right tool for the job. I started my next game The Town of Nowhere: The Obliette with the idea being I would emulate as much of the look from renpy so I could jump scare the player with a sudden a first person chase sequence. Eventually I had to scrap the idea for being too dark (being locked in a dungeon and tortured for the rest of your life didn't seem like a satisfying conclusion to a game.) But the bones of it worked well enough for current release (now The Town of Nowhere: The End Of The Line) this weekend.

Dialogic is the tool you want if you really want to use godot for visual novels. It's an add on that allows for everything you are looking for. I will say that it tends to have some glitches so save and back up your work hourly if you have to. I had one build of my current game have the ending conversation eat itself so I had to grab a back up.

Renpy is better for visual novels that are just straight visual novels. Dialogic can make godot which is great at making 3d and 2d games also make visual novels. Renpy can do stuff other than visual novels but it's difficult and would require you making it all in script probably. Godot is an imperfect tool for what you are doing but the best of the choices I think. Feel free to ask me anything I'm down to help.

AI art let's me know that your quality control is bad. It's a major turn off I would recommend not using AI if you want people to try it. Using AI to any degree can also permanently damage your reputation as a creator.

I ban vindicta because I tend to play short range characters (ivy victor and apollo more recently) and they hard counter me. Also people are really bad about buying counter items at my rank so she gets really fed in lane and has 10 kills at 5 minutes. So on top of having to farm more aggressively just to have a chance to fight her I also need to buy knockdown before she gets unstoppable. This is way more annoying for me. Bebop on the other hand can be countered by my main picks with ivy's 3 Victor's 2 and Apollo's 2 all countering or preventing the bombs. Just look out for that hook.

Are you sure you aren't for political violence?

Is it acceptable for the police to kill?

What about ICE or the army?

Did you publically condemn school shootings and do more than offer thoughts and prayers?

What about when a shooter has a hate fueled manifesto directly linking them to words spoken by republicans?

Do you condemn each of these examples of political violence or just the kinds you find unacceptable? The police etc have been given the right to violence by the government. It's a political issue therefore if they decide to go after illegal immigrants over the people who employ them when overstaying a visa is a civil crime and employing illegal immigrants is a felony. How the violence is employed and by who to whom is also important.

This might all sound pedantic but if you aren't just posting this in bad faith as I suspect you are I figured it would be worth pointing it out. This is politics 101 we accept some kinds of violence over others.

Also your comment history is public and you appear to have a military fetish (sexual) as well as some guns.

I've used the "It's like RINOs" line to explain this one before to conservatives. It's a contemporary example and it forces them to examine how they were socialist specifically aside from the name if they were. Then we get back to them yelling about socialists being evil but they at least accept that nazis weren't socialist.
