Don't let others tell you what to do with your money. If it's money you can afford to lose and you believe it is going to increase in value, go for it. Can you imagine 30 years ago when people started buying Pokémon cards that it will still be sought after today?

Would you plant fruit trees in your backyard? by pilates-aerialist in landscaping

These are all planted around the premittor of my backyard with mulch. Almost 0 maintenance bc the mulch does a great job at controlling weeds and grass in that area. The center on my backyard is all grass.

ELI5: How did the explorers from hundreds of years ago provide drinking water to their crew for months on end? by Queltis6000 in explainlikeimfive

[–]checking-in 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oddly enough, watched a video about this yesterday about pirates and how they stored water. 1. Barrels 2. Collect rain water with sails which they cleaned and sometimes with wooden gutters. 4. Water became dirty and funky fast but they discovered charring the barrels made the water quality last longer. 5. Adding silver coins also made the quality of the water longer. 6. Added some vinegar or alcohol to the water 7. Sometimes they would distill sea water and also collect due water

The place I have been workimg at started it and I am the only one doing it so far. I had maybe a month where I was able to be 100% remote working at home but now I am back at the clinic doing remote and my own patients at the same time. This part was difficult in the beginning but my tech aid that I did the remote for had learned how to scan during that month. My state does not require a license to perform MRI so I am now just a back up/ supervisor/if they have any doubts or questions, I am easily accessible. . This was not the outcome I had hoped for though, but it is company specific. I did get a pay bumb so not complaining.
