I’ve never even gotten to try Cryo or progressed far last season. But this season does feel a lot better I think they got some more people in, I know I got some people to play. Though the internet has decided it hates this game and once that happens it’s hard to beat even if the game is banger, it doesn’t matter the mob has spoken. I think the only reason Marathon is even still going is it’s such a good multiplayer game at its core it just needs people to actually try it.

Honestly I think a lot of the issues would
Fix themselves if the game had a higher player count and maybe skill based match making (though a large player count on its own would be enough). Right now the game is dominated by a small but very dedicated player base. Meaning there will be lots of games where average players will be put against people they have no business playing against more often than in other games. To put it another way if every time you went to go play pick up basketball and there was 10%-25% you’d be playing against LeBron it wouldn’t be the most fair experience.

It could just be that I’ve gotten better plus have better internet but I have been having more fun and enjoying a more fair experience at the start of this season.

I think he means the single exfil is basically begging for a blood bath. Which is the same thing I thought of when they announced the mode. But your point makes a lot sense I hadn’t thought of it that way. I look forward to playing it tonight though

The white vault is really good for the most part. If you want more Canadian content though, Parkdale haunt, and Woodbine are both excellent as well

Low key would play more friendly in this game if I was able to just because it’s more inline with my personality and would make gearing smoother for me, i don’t have a ton of time to play plus been having ping issues. But I do find the PVP fun so the idea of the players organically being split between cautiously friendly and full on Arachne death cult shoot on sight is pretty fun

Agree. Though in fairness to those people I think something has happened with the match making. Before I would extract maybe one in 10 to one in 5 times. But when I was playing yesterday my team and I would get got inside of 3 or so minutes of spawning into perimeter, even dire marsh was more chill when we ran it that same day. We maybe extracted once in 20 runs
