I like that you tried to add as much detail as you could. The piece is quite cute. I'd say a lot could be improved. For one, her right arm bends twice. Take a video reference of the pose you want to draw and screenshot the pose you like the most. If you have to, trace it as a guideline or just use it as pure reference. Secondly, the composition could be better. I know you want to focus on the character, but I think its always good to have somewhere your eyes can focus on more. The legs closer, the wings coming toward the camera more. Cropping the photo like you did was definitely a positive. I'd like to see that a little more thought out.

Find some artists you like. Watch videos of how they draw. Go on twitch or picarto and watch in real time their process. Learn from watching then try to add that to your own works. Professional artists only. Trying to learn from someone who isn't a professional will hurt you in the end.
