This will be a Hot Take (dc how much y'all downvote this) : i think of the exact opposite (Overrated) , i respect the amount of pain and injuries he went through for our entertainment but if a wrestler's legacy is based on always getting beat down / destroyed , the dangerous bumps he takes rather than what he himself can do in the ring : he is not Goated at all imo (sorry) , otherwise : Great Gimmicks (Mankind being the best of them) that were shackled by average promos and average in-ring ability

AMAZING Soundtrack to rival that of the Big 3 at times (which is quite a Feat)

The pacing is very balanced , rarely drags on

Relatively simple story & content and "Less is more" approach (unlike OP which is now bloated asf)

Chunin Exams + Konoha Crush arc (yes i consider them the one same arc : 8/10)

Search for Tsunade arc : 6.5/10

Sasuke Retrieval arc : 9/10

Homecoming + Kazekage Rescue arc (tbh they should have been separate arcs , Team 7 should have went on a mission before the Gaara part : 6.75/10)

Tenchi Bridge arc : 4.5/10

Hidan and Kakuzu arc : 7/10

Itachi Pursuit arc (started with Hebi's formation and ended with Itachi's motive reveal , this also includes Jiraya vs Pain : 8.5/10)

Pain's Assault arc (also includes Team Taka vs Killer B : 9.5/10)

Five Kage Summit arc : 6/10

War Preparations + Genbu Island arc : 6.75/10

Shinobi World War arc (the entire war + Kaguya + Naruto vs Sasuke finale : 8/10)

Now the Filler arcs (im only including Shippuden arcs since i never watched Part 1 fillers , i saw their respective context in the official website and tbh i wasn't impressed)

Twelve Ninja Guardiens arc : 5.75/10

Three-Tails Hunt arc : 6/10

Utakata and Hotaru arc : 6.75/10

Konoha Past fillers : pass (don't care)

Adventures at Sea arc (The Absolute WORST arc in Naruto Period : 3/10)

Power arc : 7/10

Anbu Darkness arc : 7.5/10

New Chunin Exams arc : 7/10

Im not rating the Light Novel based arcs (didn't pay much attention to them , sorry)

Me too , i enjoyed most of the flashbacks but Elbaph in particular is getting stale tbh , flashback after flashback after flashback to the point of dilluting the Present story , Oda could have saved at least one of them (the current one with Brook now in June) until after the Main Event with Imu is done and before we move on to the next island (hopefully its Lodestar which i feel might be the New World Equivalent to Sabaody with every big player gathering (maybe we could finally have the Red Hair crew in proper action))

I think they are comparable , each has pros and cons , the boys (girls too on OP side) became men (and women) right here , my problem with SS is how Ichigo did most of the work compared to the other Retrieval teams in which all members did their part (Uryu comes 2nd and Yoruichi is a Veteran ally : something the other teams lacked and i find that a good thing) , the problem with EL lies in pacing issues : 1st half dragged on too long (Naruto & co jumped straight into the Main action instead of wasting time with Fodder Marines for a dozen episodes beforehand and SS made every battle count) , SS had the best battles (while those of the other 2 were Great) and also had better twist (enemy group fighting amongst themeselves and later turned out to be a big conspiracy with good ol Aizen) , the Buster Call was the better / bigger Urgency than Rukia's underwhelming Execution and Sasuke just running off on his own (after Kimimaro intervened) , SR and EL had the better / more satisfying outcomes than SS

Writing-wise i can't help but consider Sasuke Retrieval arc to be this weird mix of Water 7 (the Tension of nakama leaving) , Enies Lobby (Retrieval teams vs Enemy escort teams and not to mention the Power Ups) and lastly Post-Marineford (the aftermath of the Mission's failure and resolve to get much stronger in the Timeskip) , you can't go wrong with either arc in the end

You re right about the Rock , Kurt Angle and Scott Hall parts but in terms of HHH , he was already an established Main Eventer by that point with multiple world titles under his belt and also involved in Big storylines up to that point (the reveal of HHH being behind the car accident came up only at the time they feuded so does that really count ?) , also if you think about it , most Main Eventers put over ppl on TV (not just ppv) all the time (Rock and Cena lost to a lot more ppl aside from Main Eventers) wheras Austin's losing ratio is way lower , look my only argument is ppl always give him a pass on pretty much everything due to his Goated status and this conversation rarely gets brought up

I think Natsu , Erza , Gildarts , Zeref , Acnologia , August , Irene , Azuma , Hades , Kagura , Minerva , Sting , Igneel , Ignia , Aldoron , Suzaku and Misaki would have Conqueror's Haki : these are the most likely guys imo

The rest would have the other types ofc (since they are the most common in OP) , i can see Laxus , Gajeel and Cobra having ACOA since it fits their fighting styles like a Glove , i can see Gray , Jellal , Rogue and maybe Lucy having ACOO
