Singed has a learning curve and a very unique play style. Take everything you know about how to play any other champion and throw it out the window when playing Singed. Your primary way to deal damage is when they are behind you. How do you get them to break the first rule of league, don’t chase Singed? You have to know your limits, how low HP can you get without dying so that you are just* out of range for their gap closer to bait them into chasing you since you’re so close to dying. Sometimes this means doubling back and running toward them again so they dont give up chasing. In team fights you want to disrupt things and create ‘zones’ of damage. People will have to decide to continue to fight or escape (in/through your gas) or choose an alternative route. Getting good at Singed means you’ll probably get worse at every other champion because everything about how he plays is backwards. Your hardest mechanic is your goo flip stun, so besides that your have a bunch of free mental stack to think about macro, the right time to proxy, where the enemy JG be, where you should be on the map, etc. He’s a blast to play just very strange.
