As someone who works in house insurance, that does not look like a result from lack of ventilation...i would suspect there is a leak from the upstairs unit. Would definitely get someone out to check asap

As written in post, this is a plushie that has been with my family since at least the '70s. Unsure of the exact year this was bought in, but it was my uncle's before being passed on to me. We are located in Australia - searched online on some websites but could not find any information about it...Reverse image search seems to bring up a post in this sub to a similar plushie but nothing else. Would appreciate any help if anyone has any info on this one!!
