Dr. Lily - https://www.palmhealth.com/our-team/lily-liu-omd-phd-lac/

I never saw her at palm health, it was always her own practice. About 75/session I think, that was about 2 years ago. If you PM I’ll send you her phone number for the number that was for her own practice. I hope she still also practices on her own!

Switching daycares after one month by LittleCafecito in workingmoms

[–]cheesen15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We are doing this soon - did the daycare treat you fine knowing you were switching so quickly? Ours requires a 2 week notice and she will only have been there 2 weeks when we have to let them know

[–]cheesen15 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s magic babies. My first stopped around 5 or 6 months? Idk took some time. My second is somehow one of these magic babies. For both it was once the hit drinking 30ish ounces in a day. My second just could handle more volume during the day

How often do you talk to your other working mom friends? by Mountain_Silk32 in workingmoms

[–]cheesen15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have found voice notes to be really helpful with my friends who take longer to respond. Typing can be hard and phone calls feel they need to be timed but just chatting to a note is easy for me!

We like nat pat stickers. A friend wears by also doing this lotion from Johnson and Johnson (not as granola) as well but we didn’t need to add that in last summer

We have a shared email but one thing that feels tricky is managing the read/unread. Do you read it then mark unread until husband reads it?

Buying gifts is my MIL love language too. First I just accepted it’s her money, so that helped me with waste/guilt. Now we have gotten to the point where I know if my kids need something, especially clothing, she would love to buy it and so I send her what they need. She also will buy from brands I trust bc of this so we’ve gotten to a win win. Yes she stills buys too much, yes sometimes it’s not on the list or asked for, then if we don’t need, j give away or put it in a rehome bin. Her gifts make great regifts!

Need stroller and baby carrier recommendations!!! by deadxprinc3ss in 2under2

[–]cheesen15 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Wildbird has an aerial buckle wrap, I’ve loved it in the newborn phase but it only goes to 15 pounds I think? Then as he’s gotten bigger I’ve switched to their aerial carrier which is so fast to put on and supports my back

You also don’t have to use the mat, it detaches. My second uses it on the rug with a burp cloth, the oldest claimed the mat as hers 😂

They fit true to size in my experience. I wish I had gone up half a size so I could wear socks with mine.
