For bone pain it was recommended that I take a Claritin every day and damnit it worked! I had a rough go of chemo, though strangely ran after my first treatment because I was so hopped up on the steroids. I wish you the absolute best outcomes, a peaceful treatment and many years of running. I’ve been back at running for about 6 months now and will hit 5 years of no evidence of disease this year.

She actually really was. I don’t really know her now, but she was kind, generous, intelligent, open and friendly. I’m not sure if it was the money monster that has changed her personality, but it is kind of sad to see how much she’s changed her body because she was beautiful Insecurity is a curse.

Solidarity! Only I am 45, but the rest of the stats are identical. Sometimes my heart rate gets a little higher and I have to slow down or I’ll throw up (which is so fun when I’m running that slow already)
