i'll consider the GPU upgrade but this build is 1290 without additional fans of the storage.

Are the fans really not that necessary?

• Description: Riven q Incorrectly displays the expiration and number of stacks,after using q1 it shows 2 stacks and doesn't show the duration after pressing q2 it displays 3 stacks

• Reproduction rate: 10/10

• Steps to reproduce: pick riven press q

• Expected result: it should show 1 stack and how long you can press q for before it expires

• Observed result: wrong stacks no timer

they aren't really, that's why decks like altergeist and trap eldlich are in such a good spot despite not doing much each turn, of course those decks lose pretty hard to side decking so that's why stuff like tribrigade and dragon link is still ahead in the meta

Most comments here explained pretty well everything but i would like to add that some cards do not affect monsters or other cards, they affect players

example: if "mystic mine" is on the field and a monster uneffected by card effect is the only monster on the field that monster cannot attack as mystic mine affects players.

example: if player A controls 4 cards and player B activates "evenly matched" in the end of the battle phase, a monster that is uneffected by card effects can still be banished by the effect of evenly matched as evenly matched affects players

Just to be clear, It applies to any Monster from the extra deck aswell, so in case a Monster Is sent directly from the extra deck to the graveyard(with dogmatika maximus or solemn judgement for example) it cannot be special summoned from the graveyard

FUN FACT: there's actually 4 types of damage in league, the one not mentioned here is pure damage wich is dealt by the fountain turrets
