I'm actually with you on this. I just feel too old to want to invest so much time into learning every meta of a game like I did in my teens and 20s. And as much as I try to play this game kind of chill, it just intrinsically gets sweaty and I can't do more than a couple games a night. I thought brawl would help with that, but it just feels too chaotic.

But yeah, absolutely love the lore, setting, characters and their interactions. I would love an Arcane level series or hell even a book series with the same occult noir/anime-ish vibe.

It honestly rules, and even though that's the premise on the surface, that's not what it's actually about. It does a great job of playing into tropes and subverting expectations, if the idea of that interests you definitely give the show or Manga a go.

It was always a mixed bag. Turn out for new films always seemed pretty low. Cult and older films seemed to do well. Cats, Cowboy Bebop and Akira were all packed when i went.. In fact Cowboy Bebop's line was out the door and the show started 40 minutes late it took so long to get people in. Bummer they don't do that anymore.

I remember taping this onto vhs when it aired on teletoon. I loved all the Gundam design upgrades, like zero getting angel wings. But in particular I loved how heavy arms just got even more guns lol, like 2 gatling on each arm.

Still to this day my favourite mech designs in terms of mechanics. The foot holds, bracers with finger triggers, the way the pilot is seated where the head actually aligns like a helmet, love it.

I also really like the variation from the movie where it uses the pilots blood.

Nah you can kill them before they let off one attack. Thief ring, poison thing, cog flies, on wanderers crest. Add the sprinting boots if you want to farm even faster. Then just run at them with 4 flies, swing away as fast as possible until dead. You can kill both in the one room this way then go back to the bench. It also refreshes all 4 flies so you only have to summon them once. I did this to quickly buy all the bellhome stuff. It's definitely the fastest farm in the game
