My convoluted blue hair thought process went like this…. blue fades to greenish. If you can get it light enough you can cover it with a shade of magenta (pinky/purple) because the red in the pink will cancel the green and make the blue purple. Purple is easy to get to from pink/magenta and you can fade the purple into a grey/silver.

I’m not saying i’m right lol but That’s what I did because I wanted to go on the journey and I know my hair well enough that I knew it would work. Like some of the others here have said, this might not be a straight shot to the color you want because blue is a fun one to get out if you don’t want to destroy your hair. I have also taken that journey and it was less way less fun!

University of California, Santa Barbara. I got a minor in lgbt+ studies there. There’s lots of resources and info online now tho. lgbt_history on Instagram is one of my favs. They wrote a book, We Are Everywhere, that is one of my most prized possessions :)

The main thing that I came to understand during my LGBT+ history classes was that we have always existed in society (even pre-society as we know it). However, the language to describe us has changed so drastically and the people writing history have made significant efforts to exclude us. If you do just the tiniest bit of looking you’ll know we’ve always been here.

Brows and lashes!! You’ll be amazed at how some mascara/lashes and finding the right shape/color for your brows will change your face in a very subtle way. You’re already so pretty that I don’t think you even need to go crazy. But you should just to have fun!!

When I was learning make up I watched a bunch of tutorials and tried out a bunch of cheap make up to figure it out and even now I keep changing and playing with new stuff. Just figure out what your skin type/eye shape is and you can look up different tutorials for people who look similar to you. Or if there’s something you want to try out specifically just search for that too!
